Try to be as specific as possible. When writing content picture writing to this specific person and no one else. Gender? Age range? Job title/industry? Education level?

Be simple and to the point with this question. i.e. “They want a solar panel installer who makes their home more energy efficient.”

or “They want a business consultant that helps them become more resilient and profitable.”

Or “They want a weight-loss coach that can help me lose 30 lbs.”

This will help you identify the high level thing people are searching for when they come to the website.

i.e. constantly seeing environmental problems/effects from global warming, seeing good people frustrated and leave, a milestone in life (reunion, wedding, graduation, etc.) reminds them of where they don’t want to be
