Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If any part of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement among the parties relating to this subject matter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any additional terms and conditions on this site will govern the items to which they pertain. Digital Rapport® may revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating this posting.
CHARGES,PAYMENT AND MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Payment methods include credit cards (including MasterCard and Visa), debit cards (including Maestro (Switch), Solo, Visa Electron and Visa Delta) and direct debits, Paypal, Google. Cash, Cheques, Bank Transfer and Secure online payments provided by paypal and stripe.
Digital Rapport® do not accept, postal orders or any other form of payment other than those outlined above.
The Charges are exclusive of VAT, which if payable shall be paid by the Customer.
Digital Rapport® shall be entitled to charge interest in respect of late payment of any sum due under this Agreement, which shall accrue from the date when payment becomes due from day to day until the date of payment at a rate of 8% per annum above the base rate of the Bank of England from time to time in force.
Digital Rapport® do not provide credit facilities.
From time to time Digital Rapport® may make enquiries on the Customers company, proprietor or directors of the Customers company with credit reference agencies. These agencies may record that a search has been made and share this information with other businesses.
Digital Rapport® provides “Money-Back Guarantees” on certain products. Should your product qualify for this guarantee please raise a support ticket at support[at]digital-rapport.com within 14 days of placing your order for a full refund. Customers are limited to using the money-back guarantee once. (Please note domains and hosting may be provided BigFanta Ltd (www.bigfanta.com))
Pro-rata refunds will not be issued for yearly services that are cancelled before the end of the year.
Should your chosen payment method fail Digital Rapport® will attempt to settle your invoice using any other payment facilities available on your account.
A web/project and all its assets remain the property of Digital Rapport® until full payment is made. If full payment is not made on time after completion of a web project, Digital Rapport® may terminate/freeze your project keeping/owning all assets. Ownership of assets remains the property of Digital Rapport® until full payment is made.
Refunds / cancellation

The general payment term for web projects are 50% upfront and 50% on completion. Unless stated otherwise and instalment payment options are available.
Consultation/service fees are non-refundable as a service is provided.
Web Projects – Up front fees/deposits are non-refundable as this will be a service charge for production and development labour.
